ORCP 9 (service of pleadings)

“If a party ‘is represented by an attorney, the service shall be made upon the attorney unless otherwise ordered by the court.’ ORCP 9 B. If a party is not represented by an attorney, the service must be made on the party. Id.”  Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. v. Jasper, 289 Or App 610, 613, 411 P3d 388 (2017).  If the opposing party (individually or through counsel) is served by email, pursuant to ORCP 9G, then the certificate of service must list “the email address at which the party was served.”  UTCR 2.020(1)(c).
