Bookmarks: getting back to that article you don’t have time to read

Bookmarks don’t have to be forever – use them as reminders or as a way to store information you run across while browsing. Or a place to store the link to that website you know you’ll forget about or never find again. Try using bookmarks more often – you’ll like it.

Next time you scan an article that you want to read, but don’t have time to finish, add the URL to your browser’s bookmarks (or favorites) bar.  When you’re done with it – remove the URL.

In Safari, you copy the URL and drag it to the gray bar just below the URL box.  When you’re done, just move the URL off the page and it disappears.  In Google Chrome, just click on the star at the end of the URL to add the page to your bookmarks list.
